Zerega & Son Pasta manufactures pasta for all types of industrial and institutional consumers.
Environmental Mechanical Contractors, Inc. designed and built a facility-wide HVAC and production utility plant for the facility.
The manufacturers area required plant utilities to support custom-built pasta extenders from Italy. EMC responded with a high pressure, high temperature boiler plant, an air-cooled chilled water-cooling system mixed pump station and distribution piping.
EMC coordinated production time and installation and found equipment connection with installation crews overseas.
Office and administration areas were heated and cooled via roof top variable air volume air handling units. Above ceiling terminal units were utilized at the zone level for optimal comfort and energy efficiency.
