HVAC system is a split system heat pumps central exhaust system, and commercial kitchen exhaust/make up.

Laboratory system consists of Phoenix laboratory controls with make up air, exhaust air and supply air valves interconnected to modulate as required based on fume hood sash position. heat pipe type air-to-air heater exchanger recovers energy from lab exhaust air.

Heating and air conditioning system includes 62 water source heat pump loop systems with a 300 ton cooling tower and two boilers for backup heat.
